Call-and-Collect

Customers can call ahead to place their orders. Once the order is ready, they receive a call, text messge or notification or estimated time for pickup.

Process:

  • Customer calls Tito Ben's and places an order.
  • Food truck staff prepares the order and provides an estimated ready time.
  • Customer arrives at the food truck, states their name or order number, and collects their order at the window.

Walk-In

Customers can walk up to the food truck to place their orders and either wait for them to be prepared or take them to-go immediately.

Process:

  • Customer walks up to Tito Ben's Foodtruck and places an order at the window.
  • If waiting, the customer can take a look on the menu or stand nearby.
  • Once the order is ready, it is handed to the customer.

Takeaway Only

Tito Ben's Foodtruck does not offer dine-in services. All orders are prepared for takeaway only.

Process:

  • All orders, whether call-and-collect or walk-in, are packaged for takeaway.
  • Customers can enjoy their food elsewhere, supporting a quick turnover of orders.

Kerbside Pickup

While Tito Ben's Food Truck does not have dedicated parking, we offer kerbside pickup for quick and convenient collection of orders.

Process:

  • Customer calls upon arrival and provides their name or order number.
  • A staff member brings the order out to the customer’s car, ensuring a quick handoff without the need for the customer to park or leave their vehicle.

Service Flow:

Morning:

  • Office workers call ahead or walk up for their breakfast orders.
  • Quick kerbside pickups for those driving by on their way to work.

Lunchtime:

  • Employees from nearby businesses walk up or call ahead to pick up lunch.
  • Kerbside service for those stopping by quickly during their lunch break.

Evening:

  • Residents and visitors walk up to grab dinner or call ahead while heading home.
  • Kerbside pickups for those wanting to grab a quick meal without parking.
